At Simply Algos, we are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered trading software and tools. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy for all eligible transactions.

Simply Algos is a SAAS (Software as a Service) platform that delivers Pine Script–based indicators to simplify technical analysis & help make informed decisions.

Eligibility for Refund​

 

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • You are experiencing technical issues that prevent product access or usage.

  • You are dissatisfied with the product, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

 

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change-of-mind requests after access to the platform or signals has been activated

  • Cases where our Terms of Service were violated

  • Partial usage of subscription or consumption of signals/data during the active period
     

Refund Request Process

 

To request a refund, email us at hello@simplyalgos.in with the following details:

  • Your Order ID

  • Date of purchase

  • A brief explanation of the reason for your request

 

Our support team will evaluate the issue and may reach out for clarification if needed.
 

Refund Approval & Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment gateway.
     

Duplicate Payments

 

If you were charged more than once for the same service, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate transaction. Please provide:

  • Proof of duplicate transaction (screenshot, receipt, or transaction ID)

  • Date of the duplicate charge

  • Your contact information
     

We'll validate and process the refund promptly.
